Meet Dr. Chiang
Dr. Melissa Chiang is a skilled dermatologist who specializes in both general and cosmetic dermatology in Spring, TX. She is double board-certified in dermatology and dermatopathology by the American Board of Dermatology. She is also the co-owner of the aesthetic practice, Chiseled, and has been in practice for over 15 years. She is widely recognized for her expertise and has been featured in Living Magazine 2019 as one of the top dermatologists in the area. Dr. Chiang's patient-care approach starts with understanding how the aging process affects the surface and underlying layers of the skin, fat, muscle, and bone. From there, she develops custom, comprehensive treatment plans that are designed to help her patients age gracefully.

As a skilled dermatologist, Dr. Chiang is well-versed in the medical treatment and diagnosis of common skin conditions, such as acne, rosacea, melasma, and alopecia. In addition, she specializes in cosmetic dermatology to help protect, improve, and maintain the overall health of the skin, scalp, and hair. She is an expert in performing microneedling, PRF therapy for hair loss, IPL, sweat reduction treatments, KYBELLA, and other skin rejuvenation therapies. Education and Training
Dr. Chiang graduated from Yale University School of Medicine. From there, she completed a medical internship in internal medicine and a three-year dermatology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin where she also had the honor of serving as chief dermatology resident. She decided to further her training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School (UTSW) by completing a fellowship in dermatopathology.
